To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags.
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery by writing to our instagram

Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item is shipped. You will be required to send photographic evidence of the defective item at the provided contact details, within 14 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
Refund:
We have no policy for refund, only requests for exchanges are accepted.
